Refund & Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 2026-06-02
Scope
This policy applies to purchases made on balwise.click for digital templates and any subscription-based access offered by LedgerLeaf Templates Inc. (Canada).
Digital templates (one-time purchases)
- All sales are generally final once the digital file is delivered, downloaded, or access is provided (because the product is digital and can be copied).
- We may issue a refund or replacement if: (a) the file is corrupted/defective, (b) the download link fails and we cannot provide access, or (c) you were charged in error/duplicate charge.
- Timeframe: request within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, we may be unable to verify access or resolve payment disputes.
- We may decline refund requests for: change of mind, lack of use, incompatibility due to unsupported software/versions not stated in the product description, or requests made after substantial use/download where access was successfully provided.
Subscriptions (if offered)
- Cancel anytime in your account settings (if available) or by emailing us.
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged for the next cycle.
- No prorated refunds for partial periods unless required by applicable law or stated in an offer.
- If a trial or promotional price is offered, eligibility and billing start date will be shown at checkout.
How to request a refund or fix a billing issue
Email [email protected] with:
- order number and purchase email
- product name
- reason for the request and any screenshots/error messages
If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing times vary by payment provider (often 5–10 business days).
Chargebacks
Please contact us first so we can help resolve access or billing issues. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account access being suspended while the dispute is investigated. Submitting false or abusive chargebacks may lead to termination of access.
Your rights
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable Canadian consumer protection laws. Where a legal requirement conflicts with this policy, the legal requirement will apply.
